Together, We Build a Stronger Fountain Valley
“Great communities don’t happen on their own. They’re built by people who show up for one another. That’s what I’ve spent my career doing, and and it’s why I’m committed to ensuring Fountain Valley is delivering for every resident.”
Meet Elizabeth Andrade
Elizabeth is a community leader, nonprofit executive, and devoted mom who has spent her life focused on bringing people together and improving the quality of life for families in Orange County.
The daughter of Mexican immigrants, she attended public schools and became the first in her family to earn a bachelor’s degree. Elizabeth worked full-time while putting herself through Cal State Fullerton, earning her bachelor’s degree and later her MBA. Her upbringing and the resilience she witnessed within her family guided her toward a lifelong dedication to strengthening communities and ensuring people have the right tools and opportunities to succeed.
For nearly two decades in the social services field, Elizabeth has dedicated her career to expanding access to housing, healthcare, and vital services for thousands of local residents. She has worked hard to ensure that families have the services they need to get ahead and now serves as Executive Director of 2-1-1 Orange County, a critical lifeline that helps connect people with resources every day. Her career has been defined by solving problems, bringing people together, and delivering results that improve lives.
Today, Elizabeth and her husband are raising their two teenage sons in Fountain Valley, where both attend Fountain Valley High School. Whether volunteering at school events, supporting local youth, or helping connect residents to resources, she is deeply invested in the city’s future.
Elizabeth knows that what makes Fountain Valley special isn’t just its schools, parks, and safe neighborhoods, it’s the neighbors who take the time to uplift and support each other. She is committed to deepening that sense of belonging and ensuring everyone in Fountain Valley feels proud to call our city home.
